Access Denied

 
You have been denied access to GlaxoSmithKline’s Searchlight. Access is controlled by GlaxoSmithKline’s Global Commercial Strategy portal administration. Additionally, you may also be receiving this message because your session has timed out or you are trying to access the site through your Internet Explore Favorites. If your session has timed out, you may need to restart this application by going through the GSK portal. If you are unable to access the site through Favorites, this may be due to the recent Searchlight upgrade that occurred on Oct 10th, 2005. To resave the site to your Favorites website, please follow the instructions below:
 

Step 1- Clear Browser Cookies:

  • In “Internet Explorer”, navigate to the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options…” from the menu.  
  • Select the “Delete Cookies…” button.
   
  • Confirm deletion by selecting “OK” in the dialog box.
   

Step 2 - Re-Authenticate to SearchLight via the GSK Portal
